NEW: The Captured by Kelly ‘Baby’s First Year’ Plan

It just makes sense. The first year of your baby’s life is so amazing…so fleeting. You don’t want to miss a moment. Within that first year, your precious little one almost triples her birth weight and increases her length by about 50 percent! Portraits during this time are crucial and definitely an investment worth making. I really wanted create a program for that first year, one that gives you beautiful and timeless portraits for every milestone at an affordable price.

After lots of research and consideration, I am revealing my first official “Captured by Kelly ‘Baby’s First Year’ Photo Plan”. This plan will give you a full photo session for every important milestone (newborn, 3 months, 6 months, 9 months and 1 year). Maternity photos may also be included in the plan if you’d like. Deep discounts are included in the plan, along with lots of extras like like custom designed birth announcements, print credits and a gorgeous storyboard to commemorate your baby’s first year. Each session comes with a full resolution dvd with all of your images and copyrights.

Tegan Six Month Old Cutie!

Okay so she’s my NIECE…but seriously…is she not the cutest child? I just love her chubby pink cheeks and thighs…not to mention those gorgeous baby blues!

I am the oldest of three sisters and for the past ten years the ONLY one with children. When I had my daughter I thought it was impossible to love anyone as much as I loved her. I watched my sisters love her too…they went crazy with the buying and the spoiling and the hugging When Cole and Carter were born they were as excited as I was. They “loooved” being aunts, and let me tell you…my kids LOVE their aunties.

FINALLY I got my chance when my sister, Talie had this beautiful sweet little girl, “Tegan Elise”. I am absolutely crazy about her. Moreso, I love watching my baby sister as a mama. Talie is an incredible mommy! Tegan is a lucky little girl! Lucky AUNT KELLY got to spend a whole morning with her right before Christmas capturing her sweet 6 month self. You will hear me say this a lot…I looove age six to nine months for baby pictures. They are sitting….but they can’t GO ANYWHERE . They love their feet. They are usually pretty quick to smile and not quite at the “stranger anxiety” stage. Don’t miss this magical time to get your baby’s pictures!

An apology…

Hi everyone! I just have to tell you…I’m so sorry. If you are someone looking for a great blog with the most recent awesome photos by Captured by Kelly…I have failed you! I am learning that I am a HORRIBLE blogger! I haven’t updated this site since summer (yikes). If you are not on facebook or don’t check my Facebook Fan Page regularly you would never know how busy I have been and how many amazing sessions I have had over the past 5 months! I have been meeting beautiful babies, gorgeous new mamas, unique and amazing children and families, awesome seniors and…my new favorites…brides and grooms! I can’t get enough of all of you! I truly love my job. I LOVE people and I LOVE that I have the important task of capturing those very important moments in time that are gone in a second. It’s a gift, not to you but to me. So thank you…and…I’m sorry to those of you who have been looking for me and unable to find me! I’m going to be posting a LOT of my past sessions in the next few weeks so please stay tuned! I will do my best to catch up!

Akron Canton Hartville Baby Child Photography – Connor and Carsyn

I love these little munchkins! This was our third photo session since last spring and our first outdoor session! Carsyn is 9 months old and as cute as can be! She’ll be chasing after her big brother Connor any day now! Connor and Carsyn’s mom is always prepared with lots of outfits and accessories which adds so much character to the pictures. Akron Ohio Child Photography – Elian

Elian and his mother, Kandi, live in the Netherlands! Elian’s father is overseas in Iraq serving our country so when Kandi was home in Akron visiting family, she decided to have their pictures taken to send to him. I so enjoyed spending time with both of them. Elian is such a bright, articulate five year old and just so happens to have AMAZING eyes! They are a light green that I’ve never seen before!
